Is Pluxrr free?
Yes. Getting the app and signing up is free.
How do I pay?
In the app. For bigger jobs, Pluxrr keeps your money safe and only pays the Service Pro after you say the job is done.
How do I pick my taxi price?
We suggest a fair price for the trip. You can go up or down. A driver who takes your ride agrees to your price.
How do I know it's the right car?
The app shows the driver's name, photo, stars, car and plate number. Check the plate before you get in.
What if I feel unsafe?
Press and hold SOS in the app. Your two emergency contacts get your location straight away, and our team checks every alert. In danger right now? Call 112.
Can I talk to a Service Pro before I book?
Yes. Tap Message on their post, or Chat on their page. You can type or send a voice note.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from the booking in the app. The Service Pro or driver is told straight away.
What is the market chat?
A group chat for people in your state. Ask for help, find someone near you, or share what you do. It's in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. You can join one at a time, or none.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap "Forgot password?" in the app. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and pick a new password.

Who can join as a Service Pro?
Anyone who does a job people need: plumbers, cleaners, mechanics, drivers, tutors and many more.
How do you check Service Pros?
You send us your ID, proof of address and any certificates. Our team checks them before clients can find you.
What does it cost?
Joining is free, with no monthly fee. Taxi drivers keep the whole fare. For other jobs paid through Pluxrr, we take 5%, never more than ₦2,000 a job.
Can I choose my jobs?
Yes. You say yes or no to each request. You can also switch to "I'm not working" any time.
I drive a taxi. How do I add my car?
When you sign up and pick Taxi, you add your car's make, model, colour and plate. Our team checks it, because riders use it to find you.
