Terms of Service

Pluxrr is a marketplace that connects clients who need a service done with independent service providers. Pluxrr is not the employer of any provider, and does not itself perform the services booked through the app.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Provider accounts require successful identity and document verification before going live.

• A booking is a direct agreement between a client and a provider. Pluxrr facilitates the connection, payment, and tracking.
• Either party may cancel a booking before it's accepted; cancellations after acceptance may be subject to a fee, disclosed in-app.
• Providers are expected to accurately represent their skills, availability, and pricing.

• Clients pay through the app via wallet, card, or bank transfer.
• Larger jobs may use escrow: funds are held until the client confirms the job is complete.
• Pluxrr deducts a service fee from completed bookings, disclosed before a provider accepts a job.
• Refunds are handled case by case through the dispute process below.

If a client and provider disagree about whether a job was completed satisfactorily, either party can open a dispute before escrow funds are released. Pluxrr reviews the booking chat, photos, and both accounts before deciding how funds are released.

• Providers must hold any license or certification their trade legally requires.
• Misrepresenting qualifications, harassment, or unsafe conduct may result in suspension or removal.
• Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Pluxrr.

Pluxrr provides the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pluxrr is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by providers, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from a booking.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Pluxrr after an update means you accept the revised terms.
