Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
• Provider verification data: government ID, proof of address, certifications, bank details for payouts.
• Booking data: job requests, messages, location while a job is active.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partner — we don't store full card numbers.
• Device and usage data: app version, crash logs, general analytics.

• To match clients with nearby, relevant service providers.
• To verify provider identity and qualifications.
• To process payments and payouts securely.
• To provide live tracking during an active, mutually-accepted booking.
• To send booking, chat, and account notifications.
• To investigate disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

Location is only shared between a client and provider while a booking is active and both parties have accepted it. Location sharing stops once the job is marked complete or cancelled.

• The other party in a booking (e.g. a client sees the assigned provider's name, rating, and live location during a job).
• Payment processors, solely to complete transactions.
• Identity verification providers, solely to confirm provider documents.
• Law enforcement, only when legally required.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• You can request a copy of your data.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (e.g. transaction history).
• You can opt out of non-essential notifications in the app.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
